Listing data displayed through our IDX-powered property search tools is licensed from the applicable MLS and/or its participants. This data is provided for your personal, non-commercial use in identifying properties that may be of interest to you, and it may not be reproduced, redistributed, retransmitted, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the applicable MLS.
Search activity conducted through these tools — including search criteria, viewed listings, saved searches, and favorited properties — is collected and used as described in Section 2.3 above and is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as any additional terms of use imposed by the applicable MLS governing the display and use of its listing data.
Listing information is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed and is subject to change, prior sale, or withdrawal without notice.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, market updates, or other email communications, you do so by affirmatively providing your consent (for example, by submitting a signup form). We use a third-party email marketing platform to deliver these communications.

If you are an Arkansas resident, the Arkansas Data Privacy Act ("APDPA") provides certain rights with respect to your personal data, including the right to opt out of the processing of personal data for purposes of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data.
Mason Capital Group does not engage in targeted advertising and does not sell personal data, as those terms are defined under the APDPA. Because we do not engage in these practices, no opt-out action is currently necessary; however, you may still contact us with any questions or requests regarding your personal data at info@masoncapitalgroup.com, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
In the event of a breach of security compromising unencrypted personal information, Mason Capital Group will provide notification in accordance with the Arkansas Personal Information Protection Act (Ark. Code Ann. § 4-110-101 et seq.) and other applicable state breach notification laws. Notification will be provided without unreasonable delay, and in no event later than 45 days after discovery of the breach, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or a longer period is permitted for law enforcement purposes. If a breach affects 1,000 or more Arkansas residents, we will also notify the Arkansas Attorney General as required by law.
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). Mason Capital Group affirmatively states: we do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. Our Site does not use retargeting pixels, advertising pixels, or similar cross-site advertising technologies.
